productions by amateur groups with maximum seating
capacities of 400.
Option B (Professional). Professional groups, amateurs with audiences
larger than 400, and TV, Radio, or Film productions require
special arrangements. Please be ready to provide

Option C. (Waiver request) Certain amateur productions for whom
a royalty fee is burdensome may request a partial royalty
waiver. Please be ready to provide details on request.
Once you submit this form, your information will be sent to
the author. It is then the author's responsibility to
determine if performance rights are available for the date
and area you have requested. The author will then
either provide you with
a contract and
conditions or an explanation of refusal. The Drama Circle
