Royalties compensate authors for the use of their works. Check
the appropriate option:
Option A. There is no royalty for Plays from 'Global
Youth Development Theatre' if used for non-commercial
purposes. This applies to stage
productions by amateur groups with maximum seating
capacities of 400. IF YOU ARE CHARGING ADMISSION,
please indicate above what will be done with all profits.
Option B (Professional). Professional groups, amateurs with audiences
larger than 400, and TV, Radio, or Film productions require
special arrangements. Please be ready to provide
details on request.
Once you submit this form, your information will be sent to
the author. It is then the author's responsibility to
determine if performance rights are available for the date
and area you have requested. The author will then
either provide you with
a contract and
conditions or an explanation of refusal. The Drama Circle
claims no responsibility beyond helping make the first
