Royalties
Royalties compensate authors for the use of their works. Check the appropriate option:
Option A. There is no royalty for Andisheh's Diary
if it is used for non-commercial purposes. This applies to stage
productions by amateur groups with maximum seating
capacities of 400. IF YOU ARE CHARGING ADMISSION,
please indicate above what will be done with all profits.
Option B. Professional groups, amateurs with audiences
larger than 400, and TV, Radio, or Film productions require
special arrangements. Please include detailed proposal with
this form.
When we receive your application, we will determine if
performance rights are available for the dates and area you
have requested. We will then either send you a contract or
an explanation of refusal. Any royalties should be paid no
later than one week prior to the first performance
