Sound Board Operator: Run sound cues during show, familiarity with electronics and sound equip. helpful rehearsal: Mar 24-27; shows: Mar 38-30, April 4-6
Hair / Make-up: Help actors prepare; also need an individual to create a removable beard  Mar 21,25-30, Apr 3-6
Web Designer: web design experience: Create helpful and appealing website for dramacircle.org variable hours, flexible schedule, weekly updates
Ad Campaign Coordinator Help promote the play in creative ways ; marketing savvy & graphic design helpful flexible hrs, begin ASAP, work in early March
Donation Specialist: Someone who likes to collect free stuff (e.g., water for actors/crew, set materials, free advertising in other things, etc. flexible hrs, begin ASAP 
Photographer: Take official production photos after scheduled performance.  professional photographer preferred.  Available  March 29 or April 5, 10:15 - 11:00pm,
 

General Needs 

(Some of the following categories may overlap)  
Hospitality Providers: Provide housing for out-of-town cast & crew (up to 10 people will need housing) some in March, mostly April 3 - April 7
Advertising Sales: Sell program ad space to businesses flexible hrs, Mar 1 - 21
Advanced Ticket Sales Promote the play and sell tickets to friends and at larger social events flexible hrs, March 15 - 27
Promotion Assistants: Assist in promotion and publicity, putting up flyers, mailing post cards, inviting friends, talking up the play  flexible hrs, any time from March 1 to April 6
Construction Crew: help build and break down the set March 22,24 & April 7
Costume Crew: help make or find costumes, also care & washing during performances flexible hrs before Mar 24, daily Mar 25-30, Apr 3-7
Run Crew: work backstage during the performances helping with set, props, costumes watch Mar 21 run-through; work Mar 24-30, Apr 3-7
Box Office Staff: sell tickets, provide info, deal with public short term: Mar 26 meeting & 1 or more performances
Ticket Takers: take tickets at the door short term: Mar 26 meeting & 1 or more performances
Ushers: hand out programs, show people to seating short term: Mar 26 meeting & 1 or more performances
Concessions: sell books, possibly other items short term: Mar 26 meeting & 1 or more performances
